Prayer

As Parliament reconvenes

via Nation at Prayer

With the Parliament of Canada back in session as of yesterday, we pray for the following in our elected representatives:
  • Wisdom and discernment
  • Integrity and strength of character
  • Capacity to understand and manage complex issues and information, and to respond effectively to rapidly changing circumstances
  • Vitality and endurance
  • Safety and protection for them and their families
  • Courage to do what is right and grace in doing it
Above all and for all, may this be a time of transformation when the Holy Spirit awakens or deepens relationships with God, the source of transformation. Because we pray, may their lives - and our nation - be impacted and transformed.
